Wichai Praisa-ngob, Phuket’s governor (4th right) recently presided over the opening ceremony of ‘Arts and Crafts Festival 2010: The Art of Living by the sea…Phuket’ at Central Festival Phuket, which aims to honour Her Majesty the Queen’s 78th birthday. He was welcomed by Kunyaphan Raengkhum, chief executive officer of The Support Arts and Crafts International Centre of Thailand (Public Organization) or SACICT (3rd right) and Wilaiporn Pitimanaaree, general manager of Central Festival Phuket (2nd left). Among the celebrities in attendance were Lukkate Methinee Washington Kingpayom and Gam The Star.
